Dr. Mary Poth grew up in Ohio, where she first discovered her passion for chiropractic care after experiencing its benefits while recovering from a running injury. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
In addition to her chiropractic practice, Dr. Mary teaches fitness classes, specializing in Pilates and yoga, and enjoys integrating movement-based strategies into her patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Mary loves exploring the outdoors—especially during Vermont’s winter season, which drew her to the area. She also enjoys walking her 20-pound ‘fluffy puppy’, trying new restaurants, traveling, and indulging in crafting projects.
