Chloe began practicing yoga over five years ago while recovering from a chronic illness, discovering its therapeutic power throughout her healing journey. Inspired by this transformation, she earned her yoga certification in 2024 through Sacred Journeys Yoga School.
When she’s not on her mat, Chloe works at an environmental consulting firm and spends as much time outdoors as possible. She loves downhill and backcountry skiing, as well as skating in the winter, and enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, and running during the warmer months. Her active lifestyle shines through in her teaching style, yet she also deeply values the importance of slowing down, tuning in, and listening to the body.
