Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning to movement, the Beginner Series focuses on building a strong foundation through posture, core stability, and body awareness. You'll be guided through accessible mat-based exercises with clear instruction and supportive modifications.

Intermediate Series
Designed for those with some Pilates or general fitness experience, the Intermediate Series offers a stronger challenge while continuing to build on core strength and body control. Expect a steady pace, more complex transitions, and refined alignment cues.
While modifications are still offered, the structure of the class may limit how many adjustments can be provided. This series is ideal if you're looking to deepen your practice in a small, focused group.
