Please leave your shoes outside the meditation room. This small ritual helps maintain cleanliness and signals a shift into sacred space.

Begin Together

To honor the experience of all attendees, doors will close promptly at the session’s start. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter.

To preserve the peaceful environment, silence is observed from the moment you arrive until you leave. Let quiet be your companion as you cross the threshold.

Choose Your Spot

Meditation spaces are marked with folded blankets. Select the spot that feels right to you and feel free to adjust props for your comfort.

Phones and smartwatches should be turned off and left outside the meditation space. This helps support deep presence for yourself and others.

Join Us for Group Meditation

Sessions are $15 and reserved online in advance. Each gathering begins with a brief orientation to help you feel grounded and informed. If you need to speak with the guide or step out early, supportive guidance will be offered to help you do so with ease.
