Sundays 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM & Tuesdays 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Build a strong foundation by exploring fundamental movement patterns that emphasize proper initiation and alignment. These patterns will serve as the groundwork as we move through the Pilates repertoire. We’ll work on activating key stabilizing muscles—especially the core, our primary source of support. Using the Power Circle (Pilates ring), we’ll introduce gentle resistance to help improve coordination and control. With the addition of props, we’ll enhance proprioceptive feedback and incorporate closed-chain movements, further challenging our stability and deepening our body awareness. This thoughtful approach will help you move with greater intention, strength, and precision—both in Pilates and in everyday life.
