We’re delighted to welcome Dr. Mary Poth to our team!

Dr. Mary Poth brings a unique blend of expertise and personal passion to her chiropractic practice. Growing up in Ohio, she discovered her love for chiropractic care after experiencing its transformative benefits while recovering from a running injury. This sparked her journey toward earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

In her practice, Dr. Mary offers a comprehensive range of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Activator, Logan Basic, and Webster techniques. She also incorporates advanced rehabilitation modalities like Active Release Technique (ART), cupping, nerve flossing, dynamic taping, and more to provide customized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Her dedication to continuous learning has led her to earn advanced certifications in:

  • Pelvic Floor Therapy (Herman and Wallace)
  • Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
  • Active Release Technique (Spine)
  • FAKTR Rehab Systems

Dr. Mary’s approach to care is as diverse as her patient base. She treats individuals of all ages, including pregnant individuals, infants, athletes, and older adults, addressing conditions like headaches, neck and back pain, chronic ear infections, and tendonitis.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Mary enjoys exploring Vermont’s stunning outdoors—especially during winter, which inspired her move to the area. She also stays active by teaching fitness classes, specializing in Pilates and yoga, and enjoys walking her 20-pound “fluffy puppy,” trying new restaurants, traveling, and tackling creative crafting projects.

With her wide-ranging skills and passion for patient care, Dr. Mary is excited to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
