This 1 hour class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body from the inside out. Blending gentle yoga, somatic movement, and restorative practices, we’ll explore small, mindful patterns of breath and motion that release tension, awaken awareness, and invite ease into the nervous system. Instead of striving or pushing, we’ll follow sensation as our guide—moving with curiosity, pausing often, and letting the body show us what it needs. Each class is a gentle reset: a chance to unwind, re-pattern, and remember how good it feels to simply be.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Mondays 5:30 PM
This 1 hour energizing practice weaves together mindful breath, strength-building movement, and spacious relaxation. The class opens with grounding techniques and gentle stretches that ease the body into motion before naturally evolving into a vibrant, heat-building flow. Expect strong, fluid sequences that empower and challenge you, balanced with moments of softness and awareness.
As the practice unwinds, you’ll move into deeper stretches and restorative shapes that invite calm and release. The experience is dynamic yet accessible, with thoughtful modifications offered for all ability levels and for those navigating injuries, ensuring everyone can move safely and confidently.
Somatic Strength Flow

This 1 hour class blends the best of flowy yoga, strength and mobility work, and somatic practices to help you feel both strong and deeply at ease in your body. Expect a mix of playful sequences, Pilates-inspired core and stability moves, and slow, intentional moments that invite you to tune in and soften. Together we’ll explore how movement can build strength without tension, create mobility without force, and connect you to your body’s natural rhythm.Come ready to sweat a little, laugh a little, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home in yourself.
Gentle Yoga: A Moving Meditation
Wednesdays 4:30 PM
Welcome to a slow, intentional Viniyoga practice in the KYM tradition. Each 1 hour class invites you to move with your breath, explore sensation with curiosity, and slow down. Sessions include gentle movement along with breathwork (prāṇāyāma) or meditation. Variations are always offered to support self-awareness and meet you where you are. This is a space for softening, presence, and coming home to yourself.
Awakening April Yoga Series
Thursdays in April 5:15 PM
Join Kristen each Thursday for the month of April for a class featuring up-beat motivating music, a yoga flow, Pilates floor work, stretching and savasana. Consider it a coming-out-of-hibernation class, so bring your winter bear-belly, your friends, and your smiles. You will leave class feeling strengthened and empowered, and then after a hardy dinner at home, you should sleep very well that night.
