Ray (she/her) studies in the tradition of Krishnamacharya (viniyoga), offering slow, mindful practices that feel like moving meditations. She specializes in yoga for mental health, with a focus on rest and healing rather than fitness (these are not workout classes). Sessions blend prāṇāyāma (breathing practices), meditation, and āsana (postures) to foster balance and well-being.
Ray is a certified yoga teacher and recently graduated yoga therapy school. Upon completion of her practicum (this year!) she will be a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).
