Ray Zott (she/her) studies and facilitates yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya (Viniyoga), offering slow, breath-centered practices that feel like moving meditations. Her classes emphasize rest, curiosity, and inner awareness over performance or fitness. Each session weaves together āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and meditation to support balance, resilience, and self-understanding.
Ray is a certified yoga teacher and a recent graduate of yoga therapy school. She is currently completing her practicum and will soon be a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT). Her work centers around yoga for mental health and healing.
Outside the studio, Ray serves as the Parents in Recovery Coordinator at the North Central Vermont Recovery Center. She brings over a decade of experience as a National Park Ranger and a deep love for nature, hiking, and community care to all that she does.
