Beginner Series

This series is perfect for those new to yoga or returning to movement. You'll explore a calm and supportive blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga—flowing gently through poses, holding others for longer, and beginning and ending with light meditation.

Each class in the 4–6 week series follows the same format to build familiarity and confidence, with slight variation to keep it engaging.

Intermediate Series

For those with prior yoga experience or a consistent movement practice, this series offers a more dynamic yet accessible challenge. You'll flow through a thoughtful mix of Hatha and Vinyasa with restorative elements woven in, focusing on strength, balance, and mindfulness.

Like the beginner series, each class repeats weekly over 4–6 weeks, helping you deepen your practice without the stress of learning a new sequence each time. Expect standing, seated, and prone poses, with balancing work and light pressure on knees and wrists.

What to Know Before You Arrive

Our goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can move, breathe, and grow at your own pace. Whether you're brand new or returning to the mat, here are a few helpful notes to make the most of your time in class.

All Are Welcome

All bodies are welcome here. Classes are open to anyone 18 and older, with space to move in a way that works for you.

Mat Options Available

We offer thick and thin mats that are cleaned after every session—but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Settle in Early

Doors open 15 minutes before class so you can get settled. To maintain a quiet space, the door locks 5 minutes before we begin.

Leave Your Shoes Behind

To help keep our shared space clean and calm, we ask that you remove your shoes at the door. Socks or soft slippers are always welcome.

Cancellations Matter

With limited spots, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. After two late cancels or no-shows, online booking may be paused.

Prenatal Reminder

For your safety, if you’re currently pregnant, we recommend joining a class specifically designed for prenatal movement.

Each 60-minute class is $15 and limited to just 8 participants to allow for focused guidance in a relaxed environment. Classes repeat weekly within a 4–6 week series, so you can build comfort, track progress, and stay consistent—even if you miss a week.
